Ingredients

  • 8 ounces deli turkey, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Par-bake the hash browns. Spread the frozen hash browns evenly onto a baking sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes.

  3. Prepare the vegetables. Sauté the mushrooms until softened and any excess moisture has evaporated. If using other vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, or broccoli, cook them until tender before adding them to the casserole.
